BUSINESS PLAN

New businesses should always set out their business objectives in writing before starting to trade.  The plan should demonstrate that you have the required experience in the type of business that you wish to launch, how you are going to finance the business, what your expectations for sales, profitability, overhead costs and investment in assets.

BUDGET CASHFLOW PROJECTIONS

These are typically needed by loan providers if you intend to borrow money.  Budgets and cash flow projections can also assist in the successful Management of your business and with financial planning and decision making.  We can also assist in negotiations with banks and other loan providers if required.
